Cantabria

I had high hopes of spotting some coal hole covers in Cantabria as this region of Spain was and still is in some areas it's industrial heartland. It's a bit like a Spanish equivalent of S Wales or NE England except with better climate, more spectacular mountains and tastier seafood.
Despite nearly all buildings having chimneys,  none had coal hole covers.  Santander, however, supported some impressive municipal inspection covers.
